Google Trusted Stores is a program designed to help websites offer enhanced consumer confidence and protection. First, a website must pass a thorough examination of its commerce, customer service, and shipping policies. Once a brand passes this phase, the website must then enter into a 30-day qualification period where Google sends surveys to customers after they check out and after they should have received their order, allowing these customers to rate their shopping experience.

At GORUCK, we never would expect a customer issue to ever escalate to such a level; however, for new customers who have never purchased from us in the past, this adds a level of security, protection and peace of mind not available at all websites.

    I’ve now made 4 purchases from GoRuck and the GoRuck store, not including an upcoming event (my first) and a pre-order for the 45lb plate.. Flawless execution is all I can say. Turnaround time is acceptable at 2-3 days, given the staffing. The products are by far the best I’ve ever used. I took a chance on my first order, since the GR1 is pricey, but it is worth every penny. I don’t believe this product will ever fail. I cannot rate this business and its products highly enough.

    Bought a gr0 about 4 weeks ago. Received the ruck 2 weeks after order date with a blemish and emailed customer service took them about 4 days to reply to my email they had me send the ruck back to them its been a week since they received the blemished ruck and I still don’t have what I paid for seriously disappointed in this company especially because of their awsome reputation.

      Sorry we’ve let you down, Potter. It’s NOT an excuse, just an explanation that Christmas in July just ended. We’ve seen a spike in orders and customer service inquiries over the last couple weeks somewhere along the lines of 4X what is normal for us. The team is stretched thin. You probably don’t care, I probably wouldn’t. But that’s the back story of our folks. I’m sure we’ll make it right.
